Description

The Nedbank YES Programme is a youth employment initiative designed to provide South African youth with the opportunity to develop new skills and gain meaningful workplace experience. This programme aims to improve participants' chances of securing long-term employment.

Responsibilities

• Gain quality work experience at Nedbank’s various sites, branches, and offices
• Perform tasks and responsibilities as assigned within the designated role
• Follow workplace schedules, which may include shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Adapt to different working models, including hybrid or remote, depending on job requirements

Qualifications

• South African citizen (African, Coloured, or Indian as per BBBEE Act)
• Aged between 18 and 29 years
• Must have a matric qualification
• Currently unemployed
• Must not have participated in a YES Programme with another organization before
